ImageSpin will assess on site at any of its retail locations the state of repair of any photographic equipment sold or serviced by us. If the repair, whether warranty or non-warranty requires return to the manufacturer or 3rd party repairer, we will give an estimate of the time required. We will also advise of the cost of repair, if non-warranty, and time of repair and obtain your approval in writing before any repair is authorized. We will for warranty repairs, wherever possible, provide a free loaner. If the camera estimate is refused, or the item is beyond economical repair, there will be a $25 shipping and handling charge due.
